This essay will research the issue whether religion and spirituality can positively affect health. It will explain the differences between religion and spirituality and will research the religion importance in human life as religion or spirituality have a lifestyle for many individuals. Well from a Sociological perspective, religion is community of people that think likewise about their deity. Humans are very social beings; we fall to peer pressure for a reason. Religion to many, is a symbol to who they are, what the stand for, and how they perceive their environment.
